Thank you for choosing AM-PM Serviced Apartments. In order that your check-in goes as smoothly as possible it is essential that we have the following information from you:
Contact Details
Please provide us with a mobile phone number and email address (if you have not already done so). If you have made the booking on behalf of someone then you must provide us with their mobile phone number and email address and inform them of our booking terms and conditions.
Arrival Time
Please advise us what time you would like to check in. Check in is available from 3:00pm.
Number of Guests
Provide us with the number of guests in your party.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking where this information is not provided to us 24 hours prior to the check in.
Please ensure that you book the correct apartment, we do provide extra beds and do not have sofa beds. Our 1 bedroom apartment is for a maximum of 2 guests, our 2 bedroom for 4 guests, and so on.
Your booking is subject to the following terms and conditions:
Payment
Payment must be made in full 7 days prior to check-in. Please note that we require a £200 deposit prior to check in also.
Check in/Check out
Guests may check in from 15.00 hours until 22:00. Keys are to be collected from our office between 3:00pm and 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Our office address is 441 Union Street, Aberdeen, AB11 6DA. For check-ins later than this, a prearranged time needs to be agreed in advance and an agent will then meet you at your apartment, details for this will be provided at the time of the arrangement.
AM-PM Apartments accepts no responsibility for guests arriving before 15:00 hours without prior agreement. Under normal circumstances the latest check in time is 22.00 hours. This may be extended with prior agreement with AM-PM Apartments preferably 7 days but at least 24 hours in advance.
Smoking and pets
No smoking is permitted within the apartments or the block and a fixed fee of £200 will be charged for breaching this policy. Pets are permitted but any damages caused by pets are chargeable. Please contact the office prior to booking to discuss.
Damages and other costs
Any damage to the apartment must be reported to AM-PM Apartments immediately. Guests are liable for any damages, be they negligent or malicious, and will be billed accordingly using the credit/debit card details provided on check in. Guests will also be charged for any items removed from the apartment at the end of their stay without authorisation.
Call outs
AM-PM Apartments will respond quickly to guest call outs to rectify problems. Where this is an emergency, we will instruct a local tradesman to be on site within 24 hours, though during local and national holidays this may prove difficult. Where the call out is not an emergency we undertake to provide the said service at the earliest opportunity.
Cancellation policy
Should you have to cancel your booking we require this in writing by email and require 7 days notice. If you have chosen a pre-pay rate, these are non-refundable under any circumstances.
I.D.
At or prior to check-in we require photographic I.D. such as a passport or drivers licence. AM-PM Apartments reserve the right to cancel the booking if the guest is unable to provide this.
